The facility is professionally monitored after hours, with trained staff attending as required under a clear escalation process.
How do you keep cats safe after hours?
We combine quiet overnight monitoring, temperature and humidity sensors, secure access systems, and morning health checks to ensure every guest remains safe and comfortable.
What happens if there’s an issue overnight?
Any alert outside normal parameters triggers an immediate response, which may include staff attendance or veterinary care if required.
Are there cameras inside the cattery?
Cameras are installed in common and operational areas for safety and monitoring. Individual cat suites are designed as calm, low-stimulus spaces.
Is the building secure at night?
Yes. The cattery is fully alarmed, access-controlled, and monitored after hours to provide a quiet and secure environment.
